Just wanted to say many many thanks for having our wedding at The Lobby. We all had a great time. Everyone thought the day was perfect. You helped us all have a wonderfully relaxed and happy day. Rod & I would like to say a big thanks to both you & all your staff, the level of service & attention to detail was superb, all our guests commented on how fantastic the food was, and the high level of service. The extra mile that your staff went to was great, the young girl who was serving our table for the even was fantastic, she even had a bottle of wine for my bridesmaids that was premixed with soda water for them, it is those attention to detail that make a truly memorable evening. The venue looked amazing, just how I envisaged it to be, the only down side was I didn't get a chance to eat my dessert :(

We've been meaning to email you all week but keep getting distracted by the wonderful weather up here in QLD!! James and I owe you and the Lobby staff a huge thank you for your wonderful job last Saturday night! We were so happy with the way the night went and a huge part of that was to do with having such a great venue, it really could not have gone any smoother, so thank you! We really want to thank you for making our reception very memorable. We (and our guests... based on their sincere remarks) have enjoyed the food very much and the creame brulee was exceptional. It is very touching to hear it from a foreign person whose tongue is not so accustomed to western tastes.

Your beverage package was of excellent quality. Your source of juices is premium. I am taken by surprise of your offering. It was very generous.

We also want to thank you for accommodating our various requests and you have done every bit you can to please us, e.g. the mic arrangement, the table center piece, chair and table arrangements, entrance arrangement, serving of food timing, etc. We also thank you for your suggestions with these arrangement, it helped us make decisions that is of everyone's interest and benefit.

We want to thank your waitresses (please help convey this to them). They were smiling all the time and very swift with their movement (smooth and not clumsy when handling the plates and glasses) and they attended to the table very courteously. Most of the restaurants in Canberra do not have waitresses like yours (I find them rude and not willing to serve).

All in all, we are very satisfied customers and will certainly recommend the Lobby to our friends.

We had many frayed nerves on the morning of the big day because of the weather (you may recall t rained heavily in the morning) but the sun arrived on cue and and we didn't look back.
